NEW APPLICANTS... To apply to join CAPT please print out the following  pdf form and mail with check made out to the CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF PIANO TECHNICIANS to the CAPT REGISTRAR (address on the form) Annual membership follows the calendar year Jan 1 - Dec 31.... please submit the full annual amount if applying in January. If applying in a later month the fee is pro-rated...i.e. applying in October requires the pro-rated fee for October, November and December = 3 / 12 of total annual membership fees.

RENEWALS... please print the pdf form to update your contact information and mail your check to the CAPT REGISTRAR (address on the form).  Membership renewal fees are due by January 1 each calendar year.

MEMBERSHIP FEES... 2009 annual dues are $75.00 for a 1 year membership for the calendar year Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2009 to be sent to the CAPT REGISTRAR. If you are not sure of your membership status please email the registrar.
